FCC认证和FCC-SDOC有没有区别呢

美国联邦通信** (FCC) 过去针对电子产品会依据产品类型使用不同的认证方式，其认证方式共有三种：Verification、DoC (Declaration of Conformity) 和 Certification。但是自2017年11月2日开始，FCC将DoC和Verification合并为SDoC (Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity)，且修改相关的FCC条文，过渡期为一年。

    关于过渡期，从2017/11/2至2018/11/2为过渡运行期，在此过渡期间内，可继续使用 FCC VOC 和 DoC 认证程序或使用新的FCC SDoC认证程序均可。一年过渡期后，FCC SDoC认证程序将正式替代原有的FCC VOC和DoC认证方式。总体来说，FCC SDoC认证程序比原有程序更加简化而清晰，FCC SDoC认证程序允许使用电子卷标并同时减少了繁琐的进口声明要求。其目的是简化目前繁琐和复杂的FCC认证要求，进一步减少企业负担。

    SDoC认证程序需出具测试报告，为使出具报告更有*性，尽量选择在FCC Recognized Accredited 实验室测试。华检严格按照ISO 17025体系要求运行，是美国A2LA认可实验室,也是FCC官网FCC Recognized Accredited 实验室，SDOC的测试依然采用之前测试标准，修改的重点如下：

·Part 15: 非意图辐射产品

1、针对FCC Part 15的产品，若是stand-alone cable input selector switch，则需要在产品的明显处放下列文字内容：

“This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules for use with cable television service。”

2、针对适用FCC Part 15的产品，若因产品太小而无法加入FCC 15.19的Statement，且产品也无内建屏幕呈现FCC 15.19 Statement 时，需将FCC 15.19所要求的Statement 内容放入使用手册中，同时需放在产品的包装或是使用可移除的卷标黏贴于产品上。

3、针对适用于FCC Part 15的非意图辐射产品，认证方式修改如下表:
